Why Smartes exists
Across Nigeria, organisations run on paper, notebooks, Excel sheets and WhatsApp chats. Leaders can't see what is happening unless they are in the room, and good staff work goes unrecognised because nobody can measure it fairly.
Most software asks these organisations to bend to someone else's template. Smartes does the opposite: we sit with you, understand how your work actually flows, and shape one platform around it — then help you digitise, automate and forecast.
