By accessing and using OmniCore Enterprise Services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OmniCore Enterprise provides business management software including but not limited to: inventory management, point-of-sale systems, financial analytics, and automation tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring the accuracy of your account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data. We claim no ownership over any data you upload or create using our services. You grant us permission to use your data solely to provide the services you request.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCore Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
